From the moment you arrive, our friendly treatment coordinator will greet you and help you feel at ease. During your appointment, which typically lasts about an hour, we’ll take photographs, x-rays, and a 3D scan to get a comprehensive view of your orthodontic needs.
Dr. Don Demas will then perform a detailed examination and provide an overview of the treatment options best suited for you or your child. Our goal is to address key questions such as:

Assignment of Insurance Benefits
To help make orthodontic care more affordable, we accept assignment of benefits from many insurance plans, which significantly reduces your out-of-pocket costs. If your plan does not allow assignment, we can still file claims on your behalf for direct reimbursement. Please notify us of any changes to your policy before the full payment of insurance benefits so we can adjust your contract accordingly.

Your investment covers:
- Orthodontic Records: X-rays, study models, and a personalized growth study.
- Active Treatment Fee: Includes all appliances, office visits, and procedures. Appliances are designed to last, but replacements due to loss or misuse may incur an additional fee.
- Retainers: One or two sets of final retainers are provided upon completion. Replacement retainers are available for an additional fee if lost or neglected.
- Extra Appointments: Any additional consultations requested by you.
3. What does my investment not include?
- Work Done Elsewhere: Treatments performed at other dental offices.
- Missed or Broken Appointments: Additional fees may apply for missed, broken, or emergency appointments outside of regular hours.
- Unexpected Complications: Additional treatment for complications such as TMJ issues or orthognathic surgery may require fee adjustments.
